My Therapy Office In Dallas, TX
I'm located in the Uptown area of Dallas. I'm in the 4040 NCX building right off Highway 75 near the Target and LA Fitness on Haskell. As you're driving down North Central Expressway, you will see a sign with a green "4040" on it. Once there, turn right and follow the signs that say "visitor entrance." Once you're in the building, take the elevator to the sixth floor, and you'll see a glass door that says "Therapy Space." Please check in on the iPad in the waiting room, grab a drink, and I'll be with you shortly.

Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, to anyone currently living in Texas.
Do you take insurance?
I'm not currently in network with any insurance plans, but I'm in the process of becoming an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Baylor Scott & White, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, and Optum.
If you'd like, I can add you to a waitlist and let you know as soon as I'm in network with your plan. In the meantime, I offer a sliding scale fee based on income.
How much does therapy cost?
$150 for individual sessions and $180 for couples sessions, both 53 minutes.
Do you only work with LGBTQ+ clients?
Not at all. I work with people from all walks of life, though I have deep experience supporting the queer community specifically.
